He gave me 3 types, I asked him to pick one, he recommended Hoodia Extract by Source Naturals. Surprisingly, the stuff seems to work with no side effects. I took it that evening as I had just finished spin and an hour of weights back-to-back and this combination usually makes my hunger go crazy and I'll eat way more than I burned. It didn't occur to me until the next day that this stuff could have been a stimulant, thank goodness it isn't. Very surprised but the stuff seems to have kept my hunger in check!!!I took it the next day too and it helped me be satisfied with just eating broccoli for dinner as that is all that would fit within the remainder of that day's calorie allowance. After reading about this product I was really looking forward to trying it. I took several capsules today and noticed a strange mint or eucaluptus smell that lasted for a while. I normally get ravenous when i get home from work, so i took a couple capsules an hour before getting home. Unfortunately this had no effect on my appetite whatsoever. I still felt like snacking before dinner, and I also felt abnormally agitated - as if i had low blood sugar.
