Thats a lot for anyone but I'm 5'8" and was at 141 now 138. My body tends to cling to weight in the low 140's and getting down is hard. Generally I plateau for weeks here. My goal weight tends to be 133 so it's really really made a quick difference.I work out but that's not always enough. The Acai / vinegar combo has 125 mg of caffine per tablet and you take two in the morning. I've found that this is my replacement for coffee and it gives me that morning pick me up I always need. I didn't notice the caffine the first day and took them with my coffee and I got VERY jittery) I take my hoodia at the same time. I started in January by improving my diet but I still had some cravings that were getting in the way of my success. I purchased these at the end of January and have been taking them every day. I noticed after about a week that my weight was dropping and I was craving chips and other snacks much less. My only criticism is that you can buy these at a better price if you buy then in the 3 pack choice. I had reordered another set before I found that out.
